All children love having a quilt of their own to cuddle up with at nap time. I can still recall my first quilt which I called my "Goimy Quilt". I really have no idea how I came up with that name but the quilt lasted until I was sixteen years old. It had a small purple floral print and was hand tied with orange yarn.
It was my sixteenth birthday and I remember coming home from school to see it gone from my bed and a new blue colored electric blanket in it's place. I was mortified to see it gone but quickly realized how silly it was that I even still had it at my age!
